Dawson Co-op Recognized as Best Inclusive Workplace

Dawson Co-op is thrilled and honored to announce our recent recognition as the recipient of the Best Inclusive Workplace of the Year Award for 2023 in the esteemed Dawson Creek Community Awards, sponsored by the City of Dawson Creek and Community Futures Peace Liard.  The Community Awards Gala was held on February 8, 2024 in Co-op Mercer Hall at Ovintiv Events Centre, Dawson Creek, BC, and was well-attended by over 200 guests.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to the individuals in our community who nominated and voted for us. We are humbled by the acknowledgment of our efforts to cultivate a workplace culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equality, and embraces inclusion at every level. We also congratulate all of the other winners and nominees  our community is truly a better place because of their efforts.

Our success in creating an inclusive workplace would not have been possible without the dedication and contributions of our incredible team members. Each individual plays a vital role in upholding our values and ensuring that everyone feels welcomed, respected, and valued.
