At Dawson Co-op, we believe in the power of community. Every year, through our Fuel Good Day initiative, we partner with local organizations to make a lasting impact on the people and programs that make our communities special. This year was no exception. We are thrilled to announce that our 2024 Fuel Good Day event raised an incredible $1,437.11 for the South Peace Community Resources Society (SPCRS).

On October 7, Dawson Co-op had the honor of presenting a cheque for $1,437.11 to SPCRS, an organization that provides vital resources and services to individuals and families in need across our region. The funds raised will directly support SPCRS's mission of building a strong and supportive community, offering assistance in areas such as housing, counseling, family support, and crisis intervention.

In the photo marking this momentous occasion, we have Angela Willmott, Executive Director of South Peace Community Resources Society, alongside Dylan Pohl, Dawson Co-op Petroleum Manager, and Kris Enriquez, Dawson Co-op Gas Bar Manager. These individuals, along with the entire Dawson Co-op team, worked tirelessly to ensure the success of Fuel Good Day, knowing that every dollar makes a difference in our community.

Fuel Good Day is more than just a fundraiser—it's a day where every time our members and customers fill up their tanks, they are helping to fill up the hearts of those in need. This year's success is a testament to the generosity and spirit of our local community. We are proud to partner with SPCRS, whose work strengthens the very fabric of our region.
