Important Notice Regarding Equity Cheques

Dawson Co-op would like to sincerely apologize for an issue affecting the delivery of some member equity cheques.

Due to an unexpected malfunction with our mail processing equipment, a small number of equity cheques may not have been delivered to the correct recipients. As a result, some members may not have received their cheque, while others may have inadvertently received a cheque intended for another member.

• If you have not received your equity cheque, please contact Dawson Co-op as soon as possible so we can assist you.
• If you have received a cheque that is not addressed to you, please destroy it immediately.

We deeply regret this situation and any inconvenience or concern it may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue promptly.
